Why do I need a buying office ?

A buying office guarantees You a constant presence in the market as if You were personally there. Our motto is "Your eyes in Italy! ". If You are used to import from Italy or from any other Country, You already know that to find a good article is quite complicated, You have to skim many companies and many catalogues; and after making Your order, You have to organise delivery; without possibility to inspect the articles.

Do you work with all sort of articles or only with some ?

At present we are specialised in the gift market: ceramic, porcelain, tableware, silverware and furniture, but we consider other markets only after our approval and for large quantities, because to be updated to a new market it takes us a big effort and costs (on our charge).






How can we start working together ?

It would be better if we could meet in person, possibly during fairs in Italy or during business trip of Yours near our area (see Map). However after we know exactly what you are looking for, we can send you some  catalogues to verify possible developments of the work

I am planning to come to Italy: how can your office help me?

First of all we can book the hotel for You. Then, we will fix all the appointments for the period of Your stay with suppliers. Also we will folllow you to suppliers showrooms to assist you during negotiation.

If I decide to make some orders, how do we proceed?

It's very easy! You send to our office your orders, then we will provide to pass orders to each supplier and will send you their proforma for your best reference. In the meantime we will contact the transport company to organize delivery. So, you only have to wait for the arrival of Your orders into Your company!!!

How can we be sure that the price that we will get for the articles is the best?

Remember that we work on commissions, so our main interest is to keep You as a customer for a long time: to achieve this, You must easily sell what You buy, and You can sell at a cheap price only if You buy at a good price. Is this correct?

Do you act as intermediary to pay our suppliers?

This is a very good question! NO, You pay them directly (from Your bank to their bank). Normally, the suppliers put the name of their bank details of payment on the bottom of the invoice.

Is it possible for you to organise groupage?

YES, we are not a delivery company, but it is part of our work to organise groupages. Above all, we prefer not to collect all boxes or pallets into one store, but we prefer to ask each supplier to be ready on the same moment. This will save You a lot of money, instead of paying the rent of a store.



Do we have to make a minimum amount of orders?

No. You can order the quantity that You need.

How do we pay you?

We will make You our invoice that is an X% of the total amount.

Are there any other extra costs for us?

Yes. Some costs are "extra", as, for example if you ask us to work out of our area (more than 100 km, this means hotels, transport...). All "extras" will always be previously agreed upon with You.
